About

The Worcester County Historical Society encourages the preservation of the history of Worcester County.  This is accomplished in many ways.  We are always welcoming new members and looking for new projects.

Projects

Preserving Worcester County history through various projects including: moving the Mt. Zion one-room schoolhouse, erecting a monument in honor of baseball legend Judy Johnson, and creating an index for the Worcester County Maryland's Arcadia book.

Donate

There are many ways to show your support and help us inspire others to preserve Worcester County's history, from donating to volunteering.   All you have to do is let us know how you'd like to help.  Contact us today!

Get Involved

Do you love history? Get Involved!  Do you have friends who love history? Get them Involved too!  Why not come to a meeting and bring a friend?  We meet 2 to 3 times per year with a meal and a guest speaker at various locations in Worcester County.  We're always looking for new ideas!
